I'm currently an Executive Administrative Assistant for the Head of Technology, UBS Financial Services. I've been working for the same company for 22 years. Prior to this company, I also worked as an administrative assistant for 10 years with Citicorp Data Center. I manage calendars, travel arrangements, T&E Expenses, catering, conference room bookings, ordering supplies to name a few. I'm currently working from home due to Covid and truly enjoying it. I'm a single mom, own my home and have a 25 year old daughter currently going to school to be a Physician Assistant. I'm looking for virtual work as I have plenty of experience in my past and current roles.
